October 19, 2010 – First Quarter Narrative Reports due to District WFD Office

October 25, 2010 – 1st Quarter Report sent to State by District CFO

January 19, 2011 – 2nd Quarter Narrative Reports due to District5 WFD Office

January 25, 2011 – 2nd Quarter Reports sent to State by District CFO

February 15, 2011 – Certification for 2011- 12 Local Application

April 19, 2011 – 3rd Quarter Narrative Reports due to District5 WFD Office

April 25, 2011 – 3rd Quarter Reports sent to State by District CFO

April 20, 2011 – 2011 – 12 Local Application forms due to District WFD Office

May 15, 2011 – 2011 – 12 Local Application Due to State

July 19, 2011 – 4th Quarter Narrative Reports due to District5 WFD Office

July 25, 2011 – 4th Quarter Reports sent to State by District CFO

August 8, 2011 – Final Report forms due to District WFD Office
