VTEA contact
list for the LACCD 
VTEA
is a Federal program administrated by the State of California
and allocated to colleges by college districts.
Program activities are guided by the 2000-2004
California State Plan for Vocational and Technical Education

Year 2004-2005 is an extension of the original
5-year
plan.
VTEA Funds are used for the
purpose of improving vocational and technical education
programs at the colleges.
"By declaring
that all students are both vocational and academic, California
has established an important principle for the improvement of vocational and
technical education programs."
