About the Program

The Los Angeles Community College District has launched a new program -- the LACCD Interns Program -- designed to connect students with internship opportunities available at firms that provide products and/or services to the nine LACCD colleges under the Proposition A/AA Bond Program (link opens new browser window).

These are some of the career areas in which internships may be available:

• Architecture and Engineering
• Construction Management
• Business and Legal services
• Human Resources
• Drafting and Graphics
• Computer Technology

What Internships Are Currently Available?

Who is Eligible for These Intern Positions?

To be eligible for an intern position you must:

• Be enrolled at one of our nine colleges for a minimum of 6 units
• Complete an online application
• Submit a resume online
• Print and obtain a faculty referral/recommendation for an internship

PVJOBS, a non-profit organization, is coordinating the LACCD Interns Program on behalf of the LACCD. The LACCD Interns Program staff identify internship positions and find matches between applicants and employers.
