Deductions

This lists the names of all the before-tax and after-tax deductions.

Wages Subject

This lists the total amount of pay that is subject to the deduction percentage.  If this area is blank it means the deduction is a fixed amount not a percentage.

Deduction Amount

This lists the amount being deducted from an employees pay.

YTD Total

Total of each deduction for the year. 

Total Deductions

Total of all deductions for this pay period.
