The Contracts and Purchasing office in the Business Services division procures goods and services for LACCD that are not purchased directly by the nine colleges or the Facilities Planning & Development division. This includes, but is not limited to, commodities and non-construction services whose value exceeds California’s statutory bid threshold for community colleges ($72,400 as of 2008).
