This Section presents an analysis
of selected industry clusters located within the College
Service Area. The data allows users to view trends and assess
activity by industry cluster. The cluster delineation by
NAICS codes is derived from a Los Angeles Economic Development
Corporation (LAEDC) clusters report. The clusters are shown
in table format and with a thematic color-mapping of employment
densities. The Exhibits include business name, NAICS code
and descriptions, estimated gross sales and number of employees.
Each table presents information for the College Service Area
and Los Angeles County. The Exhibits shows the percent of
the County of Los Angeles industry sector situated within
the College Service Area. The data is derived from Claritas
Inc.
