RFQ/RFP NO. 16-09:  DISTRICTWIDE FOOD SERVICES PROVIDER UNDER A JOINT OCCUPANCY LEASE WITH LACCD

Pre-Qualifications Meeting:  January 5, 2017, (Time and Location TBD)
Questions Submission Deadline:  January 12, 2017, 3:00 p.m., Pacific Time
Responses to RFQ Questions:  January 19, 2017, 5:00 p.m., Pacific Time
RFQ Submission Deadline:  January 30, 2017, 2:00 p.m., Pacific Time (Parking is not provided by the District for those submitting proposals.)

ANNOUNCEMENT RFQ NO. 16-09 FEBRUARY 15, 2017
These six (6) vendors who responded to the RFQ No. 16-09 have been qualified to move forward into the RFP process round:
  1. All Services Catering,
  2. California Dining Services of Irvine,
  3. Culinart -- part of Compass Group,
  4. First Class Vending,
  5. Pacific Dining, and
  6. Trimana/High Rise Goodies Restaurant Group
All vendors who responded to the RFQ will receive written letters explaining the next steps, but a few important points are listed now.

The RFP will be distributed to all the qualified vendors on Friday February 24, 2017.  All the qualified vendors MUST attend a mandatory pre-proposal conference at 9:00 a.m. on Monday February 27, 2017 at the Educational Services Center at 770 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90017.  Parking is not provided and will not be validated. 

Starting at East Los Angeles College on the afternoon of Monday February 27, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. will be the first mandatory college facilities walk-through.  For all locations on which the vendors intend to bid, whether one, some or all, each vendor MUST attend the college walk-through.  If you fail to attend a college walk-through, you are dis-qualified from bidding on that college.  The schedule of walk-throughs and college parking permits will be distributed at the Monday February 27 morning meeting, but all of these walk-throughs happen during the week of February 27 and March 3, 2017.


East Los Angeles College
