Answer: CalPERS plans provide our members with a rich benefit design. You can view the Covered California and CalPERS Health Plan Comparison (PDF, 223 KB) to compare some of CalPERS plans to Covered California’s platinum and gold level plans. You will see substantial differences in the CalPERS benefit design as compared to Covered California plans.
